Eurocontrol as most organisations requires a lot of organisation. This normally means that staff in several circumstancies have to fill in some forms. For active staff this is not a too big problem - you can go to the secretariat and you will find a paper version of the requested form, or in many cases you can access a electronic copy of this form. But what about retired staff? They have no easy way to access the requested form, which never-the-less is required by the Eurocontrol organisation in several cases.To help this latter category this site proposes to give access to some of the most requested forms that retired staff may need. Inside Eurocontrol most forms exists in ".dot" format (i.e. templates for Microsoft Word). If you have access to this word processing program at your home computer you can download the forms is this format.
The freeware word processing program OpenOffice - that you can download from openoffice.org - is also capable of handling ".dot" files in an acceptable way (at least in the most recent version). The resulting forms are very similar to the genuine Word versions - but not always 100% identical.
To help people that have no access to such word processing programs (or don't want to use them) some of the most frequently used forms will be translated into PDF format, which can be read using Acrobat Reader program. This allows you to print out a paper copy of the form, which you then can fill in manually.
